Shop Best Quality Yoga Mats Dubai For Every Practice

These mats are made with PVC, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), cork, PU, natural rubber, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Polymer Environmental Resin (PER), and blends of cotton and jute. For hot yoga, our PU and cork mats work best as they offer effective wet grip. If you have joint pain or similar concerns, choose our TPE or NBR mats and opt for rubberized ones if you plan on performing low or high-impact workouts.

Mix water and mild soap or white vinegar and wipe the surface of the mat regularly with this solution. Once in a while, you can also give it a gentle scrub with the help of a rag dipped in mild soapy water. Make sure you clear out all the soap residue with clean rag wiping and let the mat dry completely before you roll it or use it again. If care instructions allow, submerge the mat in lukewarm soapy water for 15 minutes or half an hour, followed by scrubbing, rinsing, and drying.

You can do machine washing but only if it is advised on the care label. And if you do perform machine washing, make sure to use a front-loading machine and never a top-loading one because its agitator can damage mats. Besides, only use a gentle cycle and ensure that the water is cold. Use a little amount of detergent and consider adding towels alongside or putting the mat in a laundry bag to keep it safe while washing. Never place the mat in a dryer; air dry only.

1/8 inch to 1/4 inch (4mm to 6mm) thick mats are considered befitting for most uses. This thickness provides enough cushioning to keep joints protected and free of strain and also ensures good stability during all activities. We recommend avoiding overly soft and low-density foam mats if you seek maximum support, and looking for high-density foam options. Such mats are more long-lasting as well and offer a good value for money.

The highest thickness level we offer is 15 mm and these specialized mats are meant for Pilates. Other than these, you can choose 10 mm thick mats which are ideal for gentle or restorative yoga and ensure effective joint protection. 8 mm thick mats are also available which offer a great balance of cushioning and stability and are great for beginners.

The standard length of yoga and Pilates mats at our store is 68” to 72” (173 cm to 183 cm). It is perfectly suitable for people with up to 6 feet height.
